1. Information Collection and Use: We collect personal data such as your email address when you create an account to sync your library across devices. We also collect anonymized analytics regarding app usage (e.g., most read stories, app crashes) to improve our services.

2. Voice Recordings (Microphone Access): Our app features a narration tool allowing parents to record their voices. Microphone access is required for this functionality. All audio recordings are processed locally on your device and are securely uploaded to our encrypted cloud servers solely for syncing to your account. We do not listen to, share, or sell your voice recordings.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance): Our services are directed toward families, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. All interactive features, including voice recording and purchases, are gated behind a Parental Control lock. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

4. Third-Party Services: We use trusted third-party service providers (such as Supabase for database management and authentication) which process data in compliance with GDPR and CCPA. We do not serve third-party advertisements in our app.

5. Data Retention: We retain your account data and recordings as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time, which will permanently remove your data from our servers.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy: We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date.
