Account & Data Deletion Policy

Little Bedtime Stories uses cloud accounts to sync your library and voice recordings across devices. This policy explains how to delete your account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account using either of the following methods:

1. In-App Account Deletion

• Open the Little Bedtime Stories app.
• Navigate to Settings (tap the gear icon).
• Tap "Account" → "Delete Account".
• Confirm by completing the Parental Gate and entering your password.
• Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion immediately.

2. Email Request

Send a deletion request to support@scooplabs.techfrom the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. Our team will process your request within 5 business days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account credentials and email address.
• All voice recordings you have uploaded.
• Your reading history and library preferences.
• Any other personal data associated with your account.

Data Retention After Deletion

All personal data is permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days of the deletion request. Anonymized analytics data (which contains no personal identifiers) may be retained for longer periods in accordance with our analytics provider's policies.

Local Data

To remove locally stored content (downloaded stories) from your device, uninstall the app. This removes all locally cached content.
